INFORMATION ON ACT N° 675/96 REGARDING THE PROTECTION
OF PERSONAL DATA.
We inform you that according to Article 10 of the act of 31/12/1996
N°675 containing provisions for the protection of private persons
and other subjects regarding the treatment of personal data, that
the personal information provided by you or otherwise acquired within
our sphere of activity, can be utilised in the respect of the above
provisions and of the obligations of confidentiality to which the
activity of the Megareview Srl is bound.
The data will be utilised for internal purposes or purposes connected
with or instrumental for the activity of our Company.
The treatment of the data will be effected by means of instruments
which guarantee both their security and their privacy and also through
instruments that automatically memorise, use and transmit the said
data.
Furthermore we inform you of your rights regarding the exercise of
Article 13 of the said law.
Article 13 act N° 675/96 on the use of personal data: the person
concerned has the right to: (SS) obtain, for the entitled person or
person responsible, without delay (S..) 2. the cancellation, transformation
in anonymous form or stopping of the data used in violation of the
law, including the data of which the preservation is not necessary
for the purposes for which such information has been acquired or subsequently
