Angela Caputi founded “Giuggiù” in Florence in 1975. She began creating and making her costume jewellery in a prestigious laboratory in the old centre of Florence and has only recently moved to her new premises in an important historic palace in Via S. Spirito, on the south bank of the Arno.

Giuggiù found immediate success on the Italian marke,t as well as abroad, and now Angela Caputi is one of the best known names in Italian-made haute couture costume jewellery. Her beautifully made work reflects a character of its own, for Angela loves to mix different materials together, thus creating interesting combinations of colour and shape. The end result is original and colourful costume jewellery in plastic and synthetic materials, unique pieces that characterise her brand name.
