The annual craftsmen exhibition ARTIGIANATO E PALAZZO, now in its 11th edition, will be held on May 13th, 14th and 15th in the Gardens of Palazzo Corsini in Florence, entrance from Via della Scala 115.About 100 highly skilled artisans from all over Italy will work in front of the public showing their mastery, explaining the various phases in their work: a full immersion in the decorative arts world.
It is an unique occasion to discover various workshops, meet the maestri and understand their extraordinary importance in our culture. You will be able to admire wood carvers, guilders, carpenters, glass makers, embroiderers, sadlers, silver and goldsmith, basket makers, book binders and many others in a really beautiful garden where an open air restaurant and icecream maker will serve all the day long under huge centuries-old lime trees.
This year, the Richemont Group is organising the special exhibition on the 250 years of Vacheron Constantin, historical maison of noble watch-making, while also preparing an atelier of excellent artisans from the Montegrappa, the well-known Italian manufacturers of fountain pens.
