Italian Cuisine for Dummies

If you are interested in Italian cuisine we have the class that will flex both your taste buds and cooking skills. The Pentola delle Meraviglie, a school in Florence that offers cooking lessons for all levels, will open its doors on Wednesday and Friday mornings to explore the tradition food of Tuscany. Marina Spinelli, author of a newly published cooking book titled “Creating with Kitchen Leftovers”, will personally teach you the secret marvels of this cuisine. Your lesson (40 Euro) begins at 10 am and includes a trip to the local Sant’ Ambrogio Market, lunch, a recipe booklet, and a transportation ticket. Discounts are available for those interested in additional lessons. The number of participants is limited to 12 per group and spaces fill up quickly.
