The gym is located in the heart of Florence and it is open all year round (including August), 7 days a week: 9.00 am till 10.00 pm Monday to Friday, 9.30 am till 6.00 pm on Saturday and 10.00 am till 2,00 pm Sunday.
All areas are climate controlled and the total size of the gym is 1700 sqm, which includes a beautiful indoor garden. This pleasing environment is divided into separate rooms of which two are dedicated to classes, free weights room, spinning area and other rooms with fitness equipment including 8 Step Machines, 12 Bikes, 10 Runners Mats, 4 Rotex and 2 Rowing machines.
To merge fitness with wellbeing, you can relax in one of the two saunas or book an appointment with our masseur.
The following classes are carried out in a fun and dynamic environment: hourly Free Body, Total Body Workout, Spinning, Gag, Step, Power Pump, Aerobic, Hip Hop, Jazz Funky, Aero Sculpt, Power Tone, Fix Box, Stretching and Soft Gymnastics.
There are no limits to how often you attend or how long you spend working out and your membership will allow you to partecipate in all our fitness groups of your choice.
