Exhibition and tour to show the many statues and frescoes that decorate this magnificent building. The Royal Pitti Palace includes the entire group of palace buildings and gardens that are not only closely linked to the city of Florence but also demonstrate the importance of showing the symbolic presence of the Prince everywhere. The exhibition illustrates the connections between the decorations on the walls and the classical, Renaissance and Baroque sculpture and thus recalls the palace’s history and the great personages who once lived here. Hours: 8.30am-6.50pm (including Sundays). Closed on Mondays. Entrance: E8,50 / 4,50 (including museum). Until January 9th.
