Florence for Fun promotes the combining of cultures and the involvement of international students in the Florentine nightlife through music and DJs, art shows, conversation exchange and food.
This year as in years past, Central Park Disco (open until the 25th of September) is undoubtably the summer hot spot. Florence for Fun hosts international students from Tuesday to Saturday at Central Park Disco, with a free entry no cover charge policy before 12.30am. Wednesday Nights are a dedicated international student space featuring Student Art Exhibition Opening Nights, an Open Session for student DJs to express their 'art' and a free Dinner Buffet, all from 9pm.
The website, www.florenceforfun.org is a valuable source of information and services to students. The latest additions are a Museum Reservation Service covering Florence, Milan, Rome and Venice and an Accommodation/Hotel Booking facility that covers all of Europe. And of course the website includes information about discos, how to organise an art show or become a Florence for Fun DJ.
